High School Hypnosis Videos Revisited

The current pandemic has derailed plans for high school after prom and all-night graduation parties.  While I recognize millions in the world are suffering through this health and economic catastrophe, I also feel for the students who are deprived of some of the most joyful and memorable activities of the high school experience. 

I’ve included below videos to a few of my shows this academic year at Washington, DC high schools.  Is hypnosis real or a fake?  You be the judge.

Meditation in Times of Stress for Health and Wellness

Health experts encourage two primary approaches: good hygiene practices and social distancing.  What about our mental well-being?  It has so much impact on overall wellness, especially during periods of heightened stress.

I’ve included below links to articles I have posted on this Web site during the past few years about meditation.  It is a proven antidote to stress and can help the mind (and body) remain strong and focused.

Meditation can be practiced on your own or in small groups.  It allows you to reclaim a sense of ownership and control.

UPDATE (MARCH 13) - UNFORTUNATELY THIS SHOW HAS BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE SHUT DOWN OF THE FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM.


On the evening of Saturday, March 21 the place to be in the Washington, DC area is the performance center at Fairfax High School in Fairfax, Virginia.  I take the stage at 7 PM for a family friendly comedy and hypnosis show to raise money for the school’s All Night Graduation Party (ANGP) to be held in June to recognize the class of 2020.

If you are a reader of this blog, you know I donate my time to support high schools in the region.  Whether it is performing at an after prom or ANGP, speaking on campus, or headlining a fundraiser, I prioritize any activity or event that provides students with the opportunity to be successful.
