On March 6, It's Hypnosis for Exceptional Living

Volunteers at last year's Hypnotic Experience show hosted by the 20s/30s Meetup Group.

On Sunday evening, March 6 I will take the stage at the Chinatown Cultural Center in Washington, DC for a special performance of my Hypnotic Experience show.

The event is hosted by 20s/30s Meetup Group, one of the most profile social organizations in the region with nearly 30,000 members.

Part comedy, part motivational and part hypnosis, this two hour event will focus on the power of positive visualization and its impact on career, academics, athletics and relationships.  It’s all about the practice of hypnosis for health, wellness and exceptional living.

Join me!  Here is a link to the promotional Web page for the event.  There is no charge to join the 20s/30s Meetup Group and a ticket to the event is only $10.

More High School After Prom Photos

Rockville High School's after prom was held at a community center.  Entertainment included billiards, casino games, DJ/dancing and my Hypnotic Experience show.

A super fun jumping castle at Montgomery Blair High School's after prom party.

Montgomery Blair High School's PTSA set me up to perform at an area in the main hallway of the school.  The result:  more than 100 kids tried hypnosis during a three hour period.

2 Weekend Shows - Chocolate, Health and Hypnosis

Super cool!  Invite to my performance at chocolate and wine tasting party.

The next few months are the fast-paced time of the year for my Hypnotic Experience show.  I’m fortunate to have a myriad of high school after prom and graduation parties, community festivals and charitable fundraisers set on my performance schedule.

The action kicks off this weekend with two shows, one of which has tickets available for purchase.

Saturday, April 18 at 3:30 PM:  Chocolate, Wine and a Hypnotist

A private party that features a chocolate and wine tasting – how cool is that!  Even better, the couple who booked me to perform made a contribution to the after prom committee at Springbrook High School.

Sunday, April 19 at 6 PM at the Chinatown Cultural Center in Washington, DC

Hosted by one of the premier social meetup groups in the Washington, DC area, this performance will focus on the health, wellness and exceptional living benefits that can be achieved through hypnosis.

The venue is conveniently located and metro accessible, and I suspect the guests will be engaged.  This show continues a long-standing relationship I maintain with the group’s organizer.

You can join the 40 professionals who have signed up to attend the event by visiting the promotional Web page for the show

Hypnotic Experience Returns to Chinatown on March 8

At last year's "Hypnotic Experience" show, I introduce the power of visualization to a wonderful group of attendees.  Register for this year's show on March 8 at this link.

As an entertainer and speaker, you benefit from real-time feedback from the audience.  Are they engaged?  Does your content resonate?  Do they respond and react in a favorable way?

I’ve been fortunate to (mostly) experience success in my diverse and eclectic performance history.  Yet, like all entertainers, I have had a couple of stinkers as well.

In fact, an accomplished comedian once assured me that you are not truly in the industry until you have been booed off stage.  Thankfully, that has only happened to me once.

A second (and equally important) benchmark to measure success is how often an event organizer invites you back.  So much time, effort, energy and passion goes into organizing a function.  When you are called on year-after-year by an organizer, the message is clear:  my guests enjoy you and you’re easy and professional to work with.

I am so jazzed to share with you specifics about my next “Hypnotic Experience” show scheduled for Sunday, March 8 at 6 PM at the Chinatown Cultural Center in Washington, DC.  It is hosted by the 20s/30s Going Out Group, one of the most profile social groups in the city with nearly 25,000 members.

This event continues my productive and long-standing relationship with the group’s organizer.  We have worked together on events for three years.

I encourage you to join this group, which is free to do.  Even if you elect to not attend my show, you can check out the interesting mix of activities, events, happy hours and parties they host each month.

I hope to see you March 8!

Hypnotic Experience at Arlington County Fair, Saturday August 9 @ 4 PM

Every Hypnotic Experience show starts with an entertaining introduction about the power of visualization. (Welcome Club of Northern Virginia, 2013)

“This may be the only show at the Fair where you can be the star!”

That’s how I plan to welcome guests to my Hypnotic Experience performance at the Arlington County Fair next weekend.  I am the featured entertainer on Saturday, August 9 at 4 PM on the Indoor Stage.

It’s a true pleasure (and honor) to be part of such an important community event.  Run by a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization, the Arlington County Fair is one of the largest free events on the east coast.  It has provided residents of Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland with a diverse mix of entertainment, midway rides and games, vendors and educational sessions for more than 35 years.

Am I feeling a bit of pressure to deliver an exceptional performance?

Sure…a bit, I guess.  However, I am well up to the task having performed at more than a dozen community festivals and street fairs in the past year.

The show will be fun, appropriate for all ages, and demonstrate the creativity and imagination that can be achieved through the power of visualization.

My hope is for the audience to have a wonderful time and come away with a positive view of hypnosis as a tool for: 1) health; 2) wellness; 3) athletic, academic and careers success; and 4) exceptional living.

Email me at m.russell.hausman@gmail.com or call/text (301) 538-8100 if you plan to check out my show at the Fair.  I’ll be sure you receive VIP treatment!

Check out these photos from a couple of my shows during the past few years.

Hypnotic Experience is a volunteer only show.  Many in the audience choose to watch and enjoy the power of visualization in action.  (Professionals in the City, New Years Eve 2013)

I'm not hypnotized, yet every time someone says "smile" I can only make a funny face.  (Timberline Lake Camping Resort, 2014)

Fall Performance Line Up - Wonderful Events

Five volunteers achieve a deep state of hypnosis at a performance of The Hypnotic Experience.

It is going to be an action packed fall season for me with eight shows in eight weeks currently on the calendar.

I’ve included below a list of my scheduled performances with links to the Web site for each event.  With the exception of my visit to Georgetown University which is a private show, each performance is open to the public.

I encourage you to come out for the Hypnotic Experience.  It’s an entertaining, fun and family friendly show with an incredibly positive message:  success in academics, athletics, career and life can be achieved through positive visualization.

If you’re an event organizer, I encourage you to contact me by phone at (301) 538-8100 or Email to m.russell.hausman@gmail.com to learn more about my show.  And remember, I do not charge for a performance that benefits a community group, charitable organization, school or non-profit.
