Going Caffeine-Free with Hypnosis

High doses of caffeine is not a sustainable way to be energized in life.
I just read an interesting article in the New York Times about the concerns and risks associated with the rapidly increasing consumption of high caffeine energy drinks such as Monster, Red Bull and Rockstar.  Here's a link.

Of particular note is the use of these products by teenagers as a strategy to cram in studying, after school activities and social obligations.  They cut out sleep and then reply on high doses of caffeine to remain attentive.

Since incorporating self-hypnosis into my life about six years ago I have removed caffeine from my diet, with the exception of the occasional chocolate bar.  Plus, hypnosis helps me manage my sleep schedule to function at a high level with as little as five hours of rest a night.  (I only do this for two or three days at a time as I typically need six to seven hours of sleep.)

Hypnosis is NOT a replacement for healthy living or medical care.  Yet, a person can use it as a tool to condition their mind to achieve remarkable outcomes without the need for massive intakes of caffeine.
