About Me

I discovered hypnosis on my search for health and wellness. When you manage stress, your body has an amazing ability to sustain and heal.

Hypnosis is an effective tool to help you mitigate stress; improve self-confidence; improve focus and concentration; enhance academic, athletic and career performance; and recover from physical injury.

In addition to teaching self-hypnosis, I perform a fun and entertaining show called the Hypnotic Experience. I can deliver a traditional stage show that runs about an hour, as well as a more informal approach in which I engage small groups of event attendees.

My show has been a hit at community events, street fairs, festivals, fundraisers, high schools, colleges, corporate wellness events and private parties. It's flexible and easy to organize!
